Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 11/24/2025
Renovation Love LLC dba Renovation Love Sanctuary (“RLS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to creating an environment where all individuals feel welcomed, respected, and able to fully participate in our offerings. We believe in the importance of accessibility, dignity, and inclusion within our community and services.
This Accessibility Statement outlines our efforts to provide an accessible experience across our website, programs, retreats, coaching, and facilities.
1. Website Accessibility
We are dedicated to ensuring that our digital platforms are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We strive to follow recognized accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Efforts include, but are not limited to:
-
Providing readable text and clear contrast
-
Ensuring pages are navigable by keyboard
-
Using alt text or captions on key imagery and media where feasible
-
Avoiding flashing or seizure-triggering visual elements
-
Designing content for mobile and assistive technologies
If you encounter barriers, please reach out so we may assist or improve.
2. In-Person Accessibility
We aim to make our retreats, coaching sessions, workshops, and physical spaces welcoming and accessible.
Depending on the location and nature of the property, accessibility may include or be limited by:
-
Parking and drop-off accommodations
-
Assisted mobility support
-
Communication accommodations for audio or visual needs
-
Reasonable modifications for activities or event participation
Because some aspects of RLS involve natural terrain, animals, or rural environments, accessibility needs may vary by event or venue. We encourage participants to contact us prior to arrival if accommodations are required, so we may plan ahead or offer alternatives where reasonably possible.
3. Emotional, Spiritual, and Wellness Accessibility
RLS recognizes that accessibility is not only physical.
We strive to create compassionate, trauma-aware, and inclusive environments for all guests, including those who may:
-
Be neurodivergent
-
Live with PTSD, anxiety, or emotional triggers
-
Prefer quiet spaces or personal boundaries
-
Require flexible or private participation options
-
Need pauses, time alone, or non-judgmental support
You are welcome to communicate your needs, pace, or comfort level. Our team will do our best to honor them.
4. Service Animals & Companion Animals
Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are generally welcome at RLS events and facilities, unless prohibited for safety reasons related to other animals or equine environments.
For the wellbeing of guests, staff, and animals:
-
Service animals must remain under control at all times.
-
Emotional support or companion animals may be permitted depending on the activity, environment, and venue safety.
-
Certain retreats, equine programs, or agricultural areas may require restrictions for animal safety.
Please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
5. Requests & Accommodations
We encourage visitors to reach out with accessibility questions, preferences, or requests before attending events or retreats. Early communication allows us to make reasonable, good-faith adjustments wherever possible.

6. Limitations & Ongoing Improvements
While we do our best to design inclusive experiences, certain limitations may exist due to:
-
Outdoor terrain
-
Live animals
-
Agricultural or construction areas
-
Temporary event spaces
-
Legacy buildings
-
Safety requirements
We are actively reviewing and improving our policies, facilities, and communication practices. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome constructive suggestions from our community.
7. Feedback
We value your voice. If you encounter accessibility barriers — online or in person — please tell us. Your feedback helps us grow and serve our community with greater compassion, safety, and equity.
