When guests leave not only will they will remember our luxury stargazing domes, great food & rare animal experiences — their thoughts will linger on how amazing they were treated by every member of the team. The way we made them feel...
At Renovation Love Sanctuary, we’re building more than buildings.
We’re cultivating a sanctuary — a place of presence, connection and beauty.
With a leadership model geared towards shaping the next generation and a mimicable blueprint, we can take the idea of leading with love to the next level and beyond.
Presence. Connection. Beauty.
Proof of Future Concept
How do we know the very niche concept of Horses and Healing will be successful? Why do we think Glamping AND Hotel combined is the way to go? Why should we focus on Wellness Travel? Why is Agritourism appealing? Explore resources below to support our projections.

Horse Prophecy by Edgar Cayce:
Phase 1 Funding Needed - $12,500,000
After property acquisition we will be working to restore the historic property as originally built in the 1800’s. Main House improvements and the dairy barn restoration will become our primary hub for smaller animal encounters, Spa experiences & Community gatherings. The smaller barn will need work to transition into the gift shop & workshop for classes. We will build out new barns for the larger animals & fencing, and start regenerative farming operations along with high tunnels, greenhouses & aquaponics.

Phase 1 Revenue Streams
The primary source of revenue is from glamping bookings. Then we have gift shop sales, which, per market research glamping venues can earn 20-30% of your booking revenue from your "camp store". The Coffee Trolley will have beverages, snacks & pastries, and the final source of revenue will be from massage & other spa services. We are not anticipating any revenue from farming yet in this phase as we will mainly be looking to source our own farm to table foods & learn the quantities & outputs, etc. Another detail that sets us apart is not passing the hotel taxes to the customer. We are about customer experience and one of the most frustrating things as a consumer is getting one rate for your room and by the time you pay for it the cost is significantly higher than the rate you thought you were getting. The rate we charge is the rate they pay & we will pay those taxes internally.
-
Glamping - $300 / night x 7 domes and $500/night x 3 domes using Booking Ramp of 25% /40% /50% /60% occupancy by Quarter = $567,000
-
Gift Shop Sales (Calculated at 20% of bookings) - $113,400
-
Coffee Trolley Sales - $25,000
-
Massage & Spa Services - $25,000
-
Projected Gross Revenue after 1 year $730,400
-
