The Love Check

Imagine yourself when you were a child. Get a clear picture in your mind.

The Adult you, who you are today,  is facing the little you and looking them right in the eyes.  Say to them:

You are kind.

You are respected.

Your body is just right.

You can do great things.

You are needed.

You are wanted.

You are loved.

You are special.

There is only one you, and you're amazing!

You deserve abundance and prosperity.

You are worthy.

How did that feel? 

 

If you were able to go through all of those statements with feelings of Bliss, Love and Happiness, then you are doing a WONDERFUL job of loving yourself!  I'm so proud of you!  Keep doing what you're doing!
